只做有氧有可能練成腹肌嗎? - 健身

各位大大晚安
小弟查資料說 只要體脂夠低
腹肌隨便一練就出來了
小弟在怎麼練 似乎只有小腹比較消 體重66Kg->61Kg
但一團還是一團
目前有氧運動量每週約
慢跑 20-25Km 160分
單車 100KM以上
是不是還要搭配 仰臥起坐等
腹肌才有可能出現 XD
