我想問一個很笨的問題~
如果我要塞進比較小的衣服裡
以下做法ok嗎?
吃三餐正常而且超過基代
{補一下我的三餐
早餐:無糖不濾渣豆漿300ml+兩片土司抹果醬
午餐:麻醬麵+餛飩湯
午點:水果1份(蘋果一顆or釋迦一顆)
晚餐:三份青菜+一份豆類+一碗糙米}
因為我太愛重訓了~好想長肌肉!
所以我每個禮拜2、4、6重訓一小時
但我幾乎沒作有氧
(只做12~16分鐘的HIIT、一個禮拜做6天)
{補一下我做的HIIT型態

我會不會越變越厚啊...
(事實上好像是有?!)
