只靠桌子,如何練背擴肌? - 健身

小弟目前所住地方,方圓20公里,除了健身房外,完全沒有單槓。
整個城鎮的幾個公園也沒單槓,或適合的橫槓。
到健身房需要花30~60分鐘。
附近的路邊也沒適合的橫槓可完成引體向上。
家中也無適合的橫槓,可撐起體重。
想請問一下,有辦法只靠低於腰部的桌子或固定物,完成背擴肌徒手健身嗎?
