自從年後一直慢慢發胖 食量也變得越來越大
坐辦公室 也很少起來動動
大概從46→50
我身高158
今天去跑步 跑到第七圈跑的正順 預計跑十圈
就接到男友電話
說我不跟他講 就自己一個人跑去華江高中跑步
(我已經知道是他老爸打電話跟他告狀了)
反正就是遭受一頓罵
可是我真的想減肥啊..
每天都一直受到宵夜的誘惑 又規定不能減肥
光吃不運動 不胖才有鬼
(我老妹也對我說:你生活週遭沒有讓你減肥的因素.你乾脆聽你男友的話不要減肥好了)
但是我不能放棄 ..
我也正努力戒掉宵夜
除了 不是X-bike 還有什麼可以做的室內運動嘛 ?
還有盡量不是蹦蹦跳跳的 ..
因為房間在2F.... 1F是客廳
有什麼方法可以解救我呀 : (
