這星期有回康是美第二次回測,請大家幫我看一下數據:
身高 165
6/28 體重:57.7 體脂肪:25.2 基代:1263 BMI:21.2 腰圍:69
8/10 體重:56.1 體脂肪:24.6 基代:1241 BMI:20.6 腰圍:68
自已的問題是覺的體脂肪下降太少,而且基代也有下降
應該要增加飲食或是增加運動量呢?麻煩大家給我建議
附上菜單及作息:
早餐:黑糖饅頭 or 起士蛋吐司不加醬 +無糖豆醬 or 無糖熱拿鐵(自製)
午餐:自助餐三樣菜+蛋一個or 豆腐+五穀飯
點心:水果一份+無糖熱拿鐵(自製)
晚餐:同午餐 or subway嫩切雞肉加紅酒醋 or 自煮關廟麵+青菜、蛋、豆腐
點心:水果一份 or 無糖豆漿
運動:xbike 一小時 40km or 跑步50min7km(目前以這個為主)
一週運動4~5天,休息2~3天。
以上是我的作息,可以幫我看一下有須要改進的嗎?謝謝各位
