可以請教運動前用餐的問題嗎? - 健身

小弟上班大概都要7點半~8點才下班
下班後又想運動
但是通常都還沒吃晚餐
如果一吃, 連跑步都不用跑了, 重訊時也會一直打嗝
有試過提前吃飯, 但是通常6點多會是最忙的
忙到沒時間從位置走開
還有試過下班後吃2顆水煎包
但它實在太油了, 重訓時讓我的位猛嘔胃酸
身體不好, 又想重訓
各位板大們有什麼建議嗎?
