一般公認的說法是爬一階樓梯,消耗5大卡(也就是你往上走一步,就消耗5大卡)
他說55層,消耗100大卡,應該是指55階,雖然他的算法和公認的不同(一階2大卡),
但就估且這樣算好了,這樣算也是他算錯
他算是算成101大樓=101層≒55樓x 2≒200大卡
一顆粽子600大卡≒101大樓爬3次
事實上這樣算是錯的,應該是一層爬5階,以一層樓有16階梯來算,你從一樓爬到八樓,
你已經消耗600大卡,即一顆粽子的熱量
不可能說我爬101大樓,爬三次,總共爬300多樓,我才花到600大卡
用膝蓋想也知道不可能,平常我們從一樓爬到五樓都已經氣喘噓噓,哪可能爬300層。
事實上若以一層樓有16階梯來算,101層就有1616個階梯,爬一次101大樓會消耗8080大卡
哪有可能爬3次才消耗600大卡
