關於下背的訓練 - 健身

昨天逛了街逛了一整天,覺得很累。
特別是感到腰酸,想起好像一直以來都有這種情況發生。
就連游泳游到後來腰也會酸 = =
所以在想是不是下背肌群一直都沒有鍛鍊到的關係。
因為手臂、大腿、胸上背都可以用啞鈴練,腹部則做仰臥起坐。
不過下背因為不知道該如何著手,
也覺得對身材好不好看沒那麼重要就沒有在意。
可是這樣肌肉強度有差別的話容易造成傷害QQ
