腹圍問題 - 健身

從去年8月中開始減肥到現在
去年11月開始天天騎健身車
今年1月開始加入健身房重訓
目前平均一週三次 每次約30分鐘
雖然今年的體重沒有降很多 頂多2kg左右
但是體型的改變非常大 雖然體脂似乎沒有降多少
(這是有點詭異的地方!!@@)
從1月中至今的成果如下:
臀圍→少9.4cm 腰圍→少5cm
上臂圍→少2.2cm 連最難瘦的大腿都少了2cm
但最困擾我的一點是...
下腹圍1月量的時候 是82cm
4月初再量就變成87.4cm 再也沒變小過
今天連男友都注意到 我的小腹似乎有點大!!QQ
可是我平常排便都很順暢 也很少吃冰
說熬夜倒也還好 頂多就是平常上班要早起
有點睡不太夠而已!!
我知道減脂要靠有氧 但我全身都有在持續變瘦
為何惟獨腹圍不減反增? 到底是出了什麼問題呢?>"<
