個人基代我用網路上的程式算出來是2169.6大卡
早餐鮪魚蛋餅加360CC牛奶,應該有五百卡
午餐吃池上養生便當應該有六百卡,或者吃一碗乾麵應該有七百卡
晚餐通常也是吃一個便當,大約六七百卡
盡量不吃油炸或太油的,然後盡量不喝飲料
這樣還是少了兩三百卡,這樣會影響很大嗎?
因為這樣如果不是嘴饞的話,應該是算八分九分飽了
還是用三低一高來解決?這樣會不會影響身體代謝率?
另外一直想問,飲料和油炸食品熱量偏高
如果吃油炸的食物但未超過基代,只是影響身體健康吧?
