請問
大家會有這樣的狀況嗎
早上起床若吃了早餐後(一般份量 例如三明治)
就會不停的想吃東西
一直吃到中午
有時還會想睡覺
如果不吃早餐 反而精神比較好一點
雖然肚子還是會有點餓
但不吃早餐似乎壞處多多
像這樣狀況該怎麼辦比較好呢?
