吃飯、運動與唸書的時間怎麼分配!? - 減肥

每天下班回到家大約六點半
吃完飯休息一下大約七點半去念書,唸到九點半
然後運動到十點半
可是每次吃完飯然後坐在書桌前念書都超想睡
可是吃完飯去運動就覺得還沒消化完~
請問版友有人是要上班又要考試又要減肥~
時間該怎麼分配呀!? >____<
