為了減肥加入了健身房
也怕不會運動買了教練課程
一週上課兩次(生理期那週會只上一堂)
這樣已經過了五個月
已經上了三十多堂(一堂一千五)
但是我不但完全沒瘦,還胖了三公斤(65到68)
雖然量體脂脂肪沒有增加(但也沒減少)
多出來的都是肌肉
基礎代謝率有高一咪咪
體脂下降2%
但突然覺得這樣瘦也太慢了吧(根本沒瘦阿!!!)
雖然教練一直安慰我有長肌肉是好事
但如果我一直長肌肉不受脂肪
搞不好那天就破70了
有看到置底說剛開始重訓可能體重會變重
可是五個月應該不算剛開始了吧
教練也說不要在乎體重
但是不光是體重看不到成果
體型我覺得也沒有太大的改變阿(畢竟貨真價實又胖三公斤)
每次上教練課都覺得很累
大部分器材都只能做12.5公斤
半年過去了腳踏車還是踩到十分鐘就要倒下去了
覺得我的進步好慢喔
教練課又快上完了
不曉得還要不要再買
一個月加會費快要一萬五
其實有點吃力
但不買教練一定會說我這麼胖還不繼續上
唉
以為半年後我已經能很風光的上來po文
沒想到更慘了
(沒瘦應該不是因為吃,因為我大部分都吃我媽煮的,三青菜一個很清淡的肉)
