大家一次訓練都做幾個動作?
我自己是習慣差不多五個動作
譬如今天練背跟二頭, 背部差不多會有五個動作
拉系列的兩個, 划船系列的三個, 然後二頭差不多三個動作
一個動作差不多4~5組, 一組6~7RM的重量
一次訓練的時間差不多一個到一個半小時
個人認為大肌群至少要四個動作以上, 不知道大家的看法如何?
