看來討厭運動,但是為了維持身材或健康因素,而不得不運動的人還真不少。
最近在FB看到朋友分享這本書新書

雖然喜歡運動的我在看到什麼"一週只要高強度運動3分鐘"這種鬼話,
就打從心底不相信。但看到作者有醫學背景,而不是什麼部落客減肥達人,
或某某健身房大教練,BBC又幫他上一本關於減肥方法的書拍過減肥的紀錄
片,感覺作者應該有一定的公信力。再加上自己也不想像個無法接受新科技
的老古板,而內心其實多多少少也希望這套方法真的有用,所以應該會去買
一本回來讀讀,就當作吸收新資訊也好。不知道各位板友有什麼看法呢?
