我平常五點半起床 六點做重訓
有一天徒然頭暈目眩 看醫生
說我血糖低 運動前都要吃東西
運動前有什麼是方便適合吃的呢
順便請問深蹲
我做深蹲 上半身跟大腿是呈現ㄥ字
型 我身體有拉直 大腿也跟地面平行
可是身體一直往前拉 沒辦法呈L 型
這樣會不會有影響
