啞鈴練胸 小手臂最先撐不住 - 健身

如題
小弟是健身新人 目前才第三次練胸
用啞鈴做 啞鈴臥推 跟 上胸臥推時
最先都是小手臂撐不住 而不是胸部
像是用總共40磅的啞鈴臥推時 我維持不住平衡
而 小手臂是指 手腕到手肘中間的部位
想請問該怎辦
我的想法是看著辦 先熟悉動作
等小手臂習慣了 往上加
或是等有更多興趣 去健身房用槓鈴 跟 器材做
用機械取代小臂無力問題
