小弟這幾天上網做些功課之後
調整了自己的姿勢
以往就是手臂和身體是夾角90
也就是肩膀打開 沒有什麼不良過
昨天嘗試一下稍微內縮一點讓夾角小些
右手一樣是15公斤八下
左手剩下三下 然後前三角怪怪的
右胸一直都沒有明顯的感覺
左胸有感
但是換個姿勢之後
右胸一樣還好
左胸也還好了
想請問一下有什麼好建議嗎
