因為我有在看醫生能吃的東西不多
所以我早餐都會選擇喝一杯300CC的低脂鮮奶
可是喝了一陣子之後我開始產生疑惑
既然我早餐的來源只有蛋白質
那在不考慮熱量只考慮對身體好的情況下
到底是選擇喝低脂鮮奶對身體比較有幫助
還是喝低糖豆漿呢?
可是低糖豆漿因為我是上班族所以只能買7-11的那種
那種長期喝的話會不會不健康勒?
既然我早餐的來源只有蛋白質
那在不考慮熱量只考慮對身體好的情況下
