喝水的問題 - 健身

請問各位大大
不知道一天喝水喝到6000cc到8000cc這樣是好還是壞
可能是喝了太多水,所以只要運動一個小時,都會相差一公斤
我想大概都是在減水份吧....
這樣體重在掉已經兩個半月了...
從3月12日的101.5kg,到5月31日的82.5kg...
只是這兩周一直在82與85上上下下...心情真的很不好受
吃也沒有太大的改變....想想是否是該減少喝水量了
過兩天去康是美量量身體的數值再請各位大大幫忙分析
