跳完鄭多燕腿酸 - 健身

大家晚安
從開始跳鄭多燕到現在已經快一個月了
但是每次跳完鄭多燕都會在入睡時,右小腿酸痛,很難入睡
我是跳第一片跟第三片
兩片之間會休息5~10分鐘
跳完也有做舒緩運動,然後洗澡
,按摩腿部,抬腿30分鐘,就寢
會是我跳太多的關係嗎?
頻率是除了禮拜日休息,一、四到救國團跳皮拉提斯,其他時間天天跳2片,跳完30分鐘後喝無糖豆漿或脫脂牛奶500cc
跳的時間是在晚上8點半到9點間
請大家幫我想想有無去除酸痛的辦法吧!感恩
