恩......是這樣的
最近開始接觸葡萄酒這個大坑
也有搬了一些回家
目標就是一星期一支(750cc)
週末兩天喝完(一次就是375cc)
想請問版上有在喝酒的版友
如果是在減脂期間這樣會差很多嗎?
我在臉書上看到某些臉友說也有喝酒
但是衣服一脫就是精實六塊肌?
我一週重訓五天
胸腹 背 二三頭 肩三角 腿
tabata一週2-3次 完畢接半小時滑步機
飲食早上隨意(都家裡煮)
中餐固定貝果夾蛋+漢堡肉(自作)+起司片
運動前500cc低脂牛奶+麥片
運動後大概一個拳頭大雞胸肉+
水果(當季水果)
有沒有什麼還需要調整的......?
肚子一直一圈 很苦惱
