我這一兩個月才開始練重訓,之前都是只游泳與跑步
我173cm 74kg 在康士美量體脂是16.3% 內藏脂是9
想說版上的大哥們都有在練單槓與雙槓.我沒當過兵.
也沒什麼拉過單雙槓. 但伏地挺身做個100下我ok..
但今天去運動場試拉..真的全槓了...
單槓拉了兩下就上不去...雙槓只有三下..
好慘..我知道慢慢練日起有功
版上大哥們 給我點信心吧..有沒有人一開始幾乎做不起來
後來可以一次做十幾下的呢? 您的訓練計畫是怎麼擬的?可否告知..
