各位板友大家好
小弟有個問題不知道是不是在此詢問
就小弟的哥哥下禮拜天要參加一個體能測驗
總共有三項
1.單槓直上直下*2
2.1600跑走8MIN
3.仰臥起坐1MIN 38下
第二項跑步沒有問題
重點是第一跟第三
單槓部份都拉不上去...
仰臥起坐部分剛剛測完只有30下...
想要請教一下版友
假如還有一個禮拜的話
有什麼訓練可以快速讓他達成目標的嗎?
還來不來的及阿.....
