單腳深蹲隔天膝蓋痛 - 健身

我以前都是雙腳深蹲
現在覺得不太夠力
於是採用單腳深蹲
昨天做了15-20下一循環、做兩次而已
真的有點小軟腳
隔天屁股肌肉有稍微痠痛
但無奈的是
我的膝蓋也好痛...
站著微蹲會痛
但若是坐在床上舉在空中要怎麼動都不會痛
這是我深蹲做太重嗎
膝蓋承受不了身體重量?
我該怎麼調整深蹲?一般的姿勢已經沒辦法滿足我了><
ps,我單腳深蹲到最低點大約是大腿地板平行的狀態
