如題
單腳的訓練目前有練負重保式分腿蹲、負重側腿蹲,因為運動需要非常注重單腳的肌力
請問如果要訓練單腳的話是不是要很常練?像我一週也只練一次單腿訓練一次深蹲硬舉一次核心訓練,訓練量我不知道多少,運動選手是每天都練嗎?
