單腿蹲對硬舉有幫助嗎? - 健身

各位巨巨好~
小弟我開始重訓大概1個多月了
由於我訓練的健身房沒有深蹲架(學校的健身房,沒錢去外面的QQ)
因此我蹲的訓練都是練單腿的,拿啞鈴做保加利亞分蹲或是lunge
想問一下這樣練對於腿部的提升會不會比深蹲差啊
因為深蹲可以強化臀腿核心,對硬舉有幫助
我有點擔心我只練單腿的動作對硬舉產生的效益會不會比深蹲差
