如題,之前因為壓力,把自己吃太胖,
所以打算從飲食上著手改變,
實行了一個半月了,上廁所的情況變得不好,
以前亂吃的時候,一天可以上兩次,
都很順很完整,
現在注意飲食,卻兩三天才一次,
上的也不乾淨 QQ
不知道食物安排是哪裡出了問題...
早餐:
a.乾燕麥40g加熱水,香蕉一條,白開水500cc
一顆水煮蛋,無糖希臘優格三匙
b.用燕麥香蕉雞蛋做的香蕉蛋糕(無糖無油)
兩三片,小型蘋果一顆,白開水500cc
總之是上面的東西換著吃
中餐:
主食 雞胸肉半份(就一塊切一半,無皮)
或
鮭魚巴掌大一團 (爭鮮賣的生魚片邊角)
其他 葉菜兩種各一個拳頭,燕麥50g(乾),
豆腐1/4塊,玉米筍or南瓜or紅蘿蔔 一份
一顆雞蛋,金針菇1/4包
全部丟進舖了烘焙紙的電鍋,
淋一鐵湯匙橄欖油,
加鹽加檸檬汁胡椒,乾煎。
晚餐:
和中餐差不多,有時吃學校的,
跟中餐差不多選擇原則
兩到三樣菜+一份原型肉+一碗飯。
或想換口味的話 板烤雞腿堡不加醬+沙拉
點心
香蕉 或 燕麥2-30g 或 白煮蛋一顆
或 中型地瓜一顆
目前很少吃點心,
因為上面那些吃了非常不容易餓,
上課時間也不方便吃點心。
水一天共喝2000cc
不包括茶和咖啡
運動量不算大,一週兩次有氧,
其他時間做 你的身體...健身房 那本書
(醫生建議我先從徒手開始練習)
然後就...便秘了
感覺渾身不對勁阿 QAQ
是油脂太少嗎? 還是其他什麼不對?
這輩子沒便秘過幾次,
覺得滿肚子不舒服

補充 (下面回的文的補充,一並補在這)
香蕉蛋糕我是用兩根香蕉+2cup(烘焙量杯)燕麥+2顆全蛋做的
沒有另外加麵粉,切成4大塊吃就一次一塊,切小一點就2~3塊
青菜一個全頭大約是全聯蔬菜包半包,金針菇也是超市大小
飯是糙米白飯各半混,南瓜一次是吃1/4顆超市的長南瓜
水果通常都是自己買,芭樂跟橘子有蟲蟲陰影QQ
我之後應該會增加水果的量 >_<
平常比較不愛吃會甜的水果 (香蕉只是用來顧熱量剛好)

廁所不順,除了好幾天都沒動靜以外,
還...偏黏,感覺很不乾脆,
以前都進到廁所,坐下,淨空
好像纖維不夠也會黏黏的 >_<
