自從開始重訓+有氧常態運動後,飲食部分就相當的節制,肚子餓就是吃饅頭跟地瓜、水果
然後去商店買食物一定會看成份分析,挑選原則熱量越低越好,飽和脂肪跟糖最好是0
可惜的是要找到條件符合以上,本身還要擁有不錯味道真是有夠難啊啊啊
直到最近在家裡附近的全聯看到這個樂天牌的韓國糖果

太神奇了!!完全沒有脂肪+糖,熱量也超低,重點是還很吃!!
這對我來說根本是神一般的點心啊啊啊!!!
現在每個禮拜都會買來吃,哈哈
不知道版友們有推薦的點心嗎?~~~
