過了一年 小回顧
去年差不多這時開始下定決心要減重的
用四個月瘦到172cm 58kg
之後大概維持在60-62上下浮動
維持這件事反而不太花時間
已經忘記上次量體重是何時了
每次洗澡多少都看到體態吧@@
生活型態大概就是每周運動3~7次
每次半小時到一個半小時
幾乎都是慢跑
自煮吃到七分飽
少油鹽糖不吃消夜飲料
之後也應該不會再發文了
方法就跟第一篇文幾乎一樣
