醫生叫我減肥 還叫我要多運動...
我三餐都吃代餐
只補充蛋白質和少量的碳水化合物
生菜沙拉只有生菜沒有沙拉 對 就是吃草
每天跑三千公尺
仰臥起座和伏地挺身一百下(星期一到星期四 因為我還在服役)
我三餐都吃代餐

中餐除了代餐的奶昔外還配一點桂格大燕麥
中晚餐會吃生菜沙拉
生菜沙拉只有生菜沒有沙拉 對 就是吃草
每天跑三千公尺
仰臥起座和伏地挺身一百下
週末固定上健身房 每次大約兩小時
結果被嫌胖就算了
還叫我要多運動
我基礎代謝量1628大卡
可是照我目前的吃法一天大概才吃1400~1600大卡而已
真慘
超想哭的
178cm 體重70公斤 BMI21.8 體脂率22.1%!!!!!!
唉
我還能怎麼做呢???
有沒有大大可以救一下的>_<
