是因為這個影片來的,其實還有看過其它差不多的影片,共同特點是圓背卻又能舉很重
我想問的是,這真的只是靠運氣好沒受傷嗎?
還是其實是有辦法在圓背狀況下仍然繃緊張力,所以才不會受傷(當然我覺得受傷機率還是
比脊椎中立來得高,但會能降低到某個程度以下?)
我知道健力有種可以把肩膀往前,從外觀來看是拱上背,但闊背仍然收緊的做法
但這看起來也不像?
