以前幾乎都沒有練腿的部分
最近突然覺醒了
把腿加入了重量訓練的部分
請問深蹲一定要蹲到全蹲嗎?
我如果只蹲到大腿跟地板平行就可以多10公斤
全蹲和蹲一半的效果會差很多嗎?
還有如果蹲到底的話還是要持續出力嗎?
還是可以像硬舉那樣停一下再發力呢?
