下午1:00到2:30這區間開始練
1小時左右結束,最多練一個半小時
菜單為臥推加三頭第一天
肩膀斜方第二天,背加二頭第三天
第四天練腿就一個動作全蹲整整一小時
第五天則直接硬舉到腿軟,在回到第一天循環。
硬舉我會帶墊子跟倍力帶,不介意的話可以一起用。
