各位巨巨好
魯魯最近在坐姿啞鈴肩推上遇到一些問題
在起重量時,魯魯都會透過雙腿往上蹬,透過借力的方式將啞鈴推到肩膀上方
然而當重量開始加重時(其實也才單邊50-60磅)
因為核心沒辦法鞏緊的關係
將啞鈴蹬到肩膀上方的動作就越來越難做到
不曉得除了透過別人幫忙起重量外
有沒有什麼技巧可以幫忙呢?
