身高178 體重65-66
前幾來剛好去康X美
想說請小姐幫我測一下體重跟體脂肪
量一量後
小姐跟我說
弟弟
你體重很標準
但是你的基代只有1300多
一般你這個年紀的男生通常要有快兩千卡
況且你的體脂肪也有26
是不是很少運動
我跟他說我之前的確沒有運動習慣
但是這3-4個月我都會做運動 腳踏車 走樓梯 且都有持續40分鐘 心跳也有130以上
怎麼還會這麼低
小姐也不知道如何跟我回答
其實我自己也很納悶
在想
會不會自己平時吃的東西很不忌口
一個禮拜至少會吃一次吃到飽
搞壞身體了
我察了一下
1300似乎是女生的標準
甚至友人
162CM 47公斤的女性 都已經1200了
我該怎麼提升基礎代謝呢
我平時都有333標準以上了呢
是否要在提升運動強度跟時間
或許是我以前國中很胖過 最胖是96KG(不運動又愛天天吃雞排)
