基代的問題 - 健身

各位大大好
小弟我今天心血來潮
去康小美測了體脂肪
測出身高體重 170/64
體脂13.4%
BMI 21
但是基代才1590
店員是說我這樣缺乏運動@@
基代太低
但是小弟有個疑問
要提高基代 要靠運動
但是基代提高了 吃的熱量相對也會變多
人家說基代高容易瘦
但是攝取的熱量變多了 怎麼還會比較容易瘦哩?
是運動量也要跟著增多嗎?!
還是體脂肪要在下降?
