關於慢跑 - 健身

因為想要瘦屁股和大腿
小弟從暑假開始一個禮拜大概會慢跑五天
稍微爬一下文是說有氧最好能持續30分鐘才會有效果
但小弟跑到大概14~15分鐘就不行了= =
因為是跑操場所以算了一下距離大約3km(200m*15圈)
請問板上的慢跑達人當初是如何突破瓶頸的呢??
