基礎代謝 ? - 減肥

我(男) 運用精華區公式算出自己的基礎代謝為2200卡
早餐- 7-11鮪魚玉米蛋三明治+柳橙汁 (400卡)
中餐- 滷排骨便當or乾麵 (700?卡)
下午- 蘋果or柑橘 * 1 ( 80?卡)
晚餐- 便當or大滷麵or大乾米粉 (800?卡)
不喝飲料.不吃零食.除了上面的用餐,喝水量有到2500~3000cc
下班後今年二月一號起開始每週我固定運動 6天 ,主項有3個
(1)x-bike 強度5,轉速95up/min,時速35~40km,心跳110~130,
持續40分鐘,晚餐過後1小時運動,快樂表熱量消耗550~600卡
(2) 假日早上跑操場 30min/9圈400公尺 , 心跳應該有135~145
(3) 走樓梯不坐電梯,一天大概往上走累積有20樓.
這個月下來減了5公斤左右,明顯人也精神多了,但根據精華區,
要吃到基代才好,但我每餐吃完都剛剛好飽,只有晚上睡覺前2小時
會特別餓,請問有需要改甚麼菜單嗎? 我三餐都是外食
,因三月起要開始加入重訓,所以想檢視一下自己的減肥方法和菜單~謝謝
