肥宅小弟我1個月前開始努力運動健身
有瘦一點得到成就感後,想進一步連飲食一起控制
對於基礎代謝率有一點點問題?
1. 若是晚上11點了,
食物卡路里還是沒吃到基礎代謝的話,應該繼續進食嗎?
(一般11點半~12點就寢)
以前的觀念是睡前不該再吃東西了,對腸胃道會消化不好@@
2. 對於基礎代謝的計算一直很有疑慮
google到的網站上算法,都是身高體重年齡運動頻率
但我這種以前喝糖分飲料喝到90kg的人 (已戒)
跟體脂只有10%的巨巨,
基礎代謝怎麼可能一樣?!
如果照網站上算出來的基代是不是要打折?
