基礎代謝跟需要的營養相對問題! - 健身

以下問題有錯還請糾正!小弟還在學習!
吃到基礎代謝是基本,假設是2300
但依照黃阿文教練書中對營養攝取(
碳水化合物、蛋白質、脂質)=385g+400+693
可是乘上對應的能量會=2633卡
(此攝取為健康水煮+少許好油)
我的問題來了!
1.攝取所需營養卻超出基礎代謝,那會變胖?
2.正常人少運動下,蛋白質跟公斤數是1:1,100公斤的人要吃100g蛋白質,那每天要吃的蛋+雞+魚+牛,不就要吃很多??
