身邊越來越多人在飲食上選擇改變
但也發生不少無法溝通也無法認同的問題
健康的身體除了養成運動習慣以外飲食也非常重要
常常在這個板上看到不少人分享飲食菜單
常見的不外乎就是水煮XX 清蒸XX 川燙XX...最後灑點鹽 一小匙油
但在不少長輩眼裡這根本是反骨吃法
答案不外乎如下
1.阿我們從以前都是這樣吃的阿 身體哪有什麼毛病
2.油這麼少以後身體出問題怎麼辦
3.看看工地裡的人 他們也要吃很油才能搬重阿
4.有運動油還吃這麼少身體會垮
5.不要這麼固執的去相信網路上講的
家裡若有老一輩的人都知道
他們自古以來飲食習慣都是煎煮炒炸當中放入不少的油
所以在台灣普遍的飲食大部分都脂肪過多 很少有過少的問題
而他們所學這類知識較少 相較之下會以經驗來論述
對於正在減肥中的人 也許最困難的並不是運動與飲食
而是在改變的過程中必須承受來自四面八方的"心理"壓力
一點小感想而已...

下列何者最容易爆肝?
1、 固定上班時間,做三休三,需日夜輪班,沒有加班,不會on call
2、 基本12個小時,全年無休,假日也要來,常常加班,隨時on call
