最近想報名Formosa fitness 的團體教練課
有 槓鈴訓練(握推 深蹲 硬舉)和壺鈴訓練
由於經濟有限 只能選一種報名
以前大學時有去學校健身房練(沒練過硬舉
和深蹲) 從未接觸過 壺鈴
想請問各位巨巨建議小弟選哪種
目前身高175 體重61
