增肌有辦法體重維持嗎? - 健身

想請較 增肌同時體重增加
但會不知道到底是長肌肉還是長脂肪
目前身高172 體重快71
之前體重ㄧ直控制在69左右 半年多 沒超過70
最近食慾太好體重增加了
也發現重訓的力量也增長明顯
但是我還是希望體重能控制在70以下
有辦法增肌同時維持體重嗎
