小弟之前有發文說增肌速度很慢 也感謝各位巨巨的建議
如今重量訓練滿5個月了 小弟臥推重量上不去了.....學校啞鈴也只到25所以都練慢離心
抓感受度
站立肩推40 槓鈴划船40~50
所以想請問各位大大如何改變訓練菜單來達到漸進式超負荷來刺激增肌
最近只能透過增加組數來增加訓練量 很花時間還很累
想問能否直接大重量訓練 訓練量會掉很多但是之後每週穩定增加訓練量
