目前身材是瘦皮猴 肩膀>胸部那種 體脂14
體重快60但是重量上不去 沒朋友所以不敢挑戰1PR
深蹲70*3 硬舉80*3 握推50*3 總之就是廢物
戒糖在增肌過程中是必要的嗎? 生活有時真的會悶到需要一口甜的調味
之前看板上戒糖的案例大都是減肥為主
訓練過程前後如果碳水和蛋白質都攝取足夠
三天一杯手搖的精緻糖會不會影響增肌?
