增肌還是增肥? - 健身

我正常來說早餐是吃燕麥+蛋白粉+一匙花生醬或nutella
有兩餐是吃自製的花椰菜+雞胸肉+地瓜
有一餐會在外面吃通常都是吃奶油培根蛋黃義大利麵兩盤加大之類的
(算是我的cheat meal吧
宵夜通常都是弄個3-5顆蛋之類的雜燴
btw有一個興趣是喝奶酒
(雖然熱量很高
一天喝2匙蛋白粉(我是喝on的
之前有喝pre workout但是最近不怎麼喝因為我發現情緒培養才是最好的pre workout
前幾天開始嘗試純肌酸希望有效果
我從去年8月多開始練
練法是練四休一肩背腿胸這樣練
其實我的練法蠻不純正請巨巨們幫我看一下
我算是健力+健美混合練
都是先跑完健力菜單5*5 之類的還有一些輔助訓練再用機械跟一些肌肥大的練法再練一遍
每次大概練2小時幾乎都在體育客
正在猶豫要繼續維持還是改變計畫
可以請巨巨們給些建議嗎
