很瘦的紙片人想配合重訓使用乳清蛋白粉應該適合使用下面這個牌子嗎
Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey 5磅/72份 金牌頂級乳清蛋白
雖然我知道有一款增重專用的乳清蛋白 BSN True Mass 黃金級高熱量增重乳清蛋白
但因為之前我的健身教練推薦我上面那款 他跟我說下面那款加了有的沒的的配方
這部分反而從食物攝取比較好
請教一下專業人士 謝謝
