脊椎側彎嚴重健身 - 健身

小妹我本身有嚴重的脊椎側彎約60度(小四檢查、今年26、一直都有在做物理治療、但小時候到現在運動機會不多!一般體育課及跑步都沒上!
目前剛進入健身房運動,也有上教練課!也有和我明說我很多器材其實我無法碰!醫生建議不外乎游泳、單槓、開刀!想藉由健身讓自己體態好看及輔助脊椎的恢復!
版上已爬文過似乎都是輕度的側彎,以前背部肌肉的簡單訓練等等!不知這些是否也適用於我?除了與教練適當溝通外是否還得注意什麼狀況?
