各位巨巨好
想問一下增重粉這個東西有沒有使用過 效果如何
因為住外面 現在一天吃5餐(08,12,14,18,20固定進食) 吃的很累 也只能吃外面
想靠三餐加增重粉 還有乳清 這樣趕快把體重衝上去(目前173,62,體脂肪約14-15%)
一個禮拜四天健身房(一背,二腿,四胸,五腿)
